At Regeneron, we are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic IT team in Tokyo, Japan. This role is pivotal in supporting our global Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and involves collaborating closely with both business and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of HCM solutions. With a focus on innovation and integration, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within our organization and grow alongside us.

A Typical Day:

  • Develop and implement HCM technical solutions to meet business needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of systems.

  • Lead user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues effectively.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.

  • Ensure thorough documentation and testing of system designs.

To Be Considered:

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 6 years of experience in HR technical leadership roles. Expertise in Workday Integration types and a strong foundation in HCM systems are required. Preferred qualifications include certifications in cloud technology applications such as Workday, AWS, or ServiceNOW, and experience with Service Now or similar platforms. Business level Japanese/English proficiency a must.
