You will primarily work in the Mie area.
Your residence is expected to be in Mie or Nagoya.
Job Overview:
While embodying Regeneron’s philosophy of "putting patients first," you will play a key role in the Immunology Department's dermatology division by managing Dupixent and achieving sales targets.
Utilizing excellent business acumen and strategic thinking, you will aim to achieve and exceed corporate goals by building trust-based relationships with customers and offering valuable solutions.
Main Responsibilities:

Budget and expense management to achieve brand sales targets

Developing and implementing annual business plans using market insights
-
Building strategic sales plans based on key data
-
Performing various administrative tasks (e.g., expense reporting, marketing reports)

Compliance with regulations and legal requirements
-
Participation in area meetings and nationwide conferences
-
Completion of training programs and skill development
-
Travel as needed (including nights and weekends)
-
Conducting business safely while driving
Required Skills and Experience:
-
Sales experience targeting university hospitals
-
Specialized knowledge in dermatology and sales experience with biologics
-
Excellent customer engagement and communication skills
-
Strategic thinking and ability to work independently

Proficiency in IT and digital tools
-
Experience in joint promotions with alliance companies
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Clinical knowledge of competitive brands or therapeutic areas

Network with key opinion leaders in dermatology

English proficiency is a plus
Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification)
-
Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
-
MR certification and a valid driver’s license
