We are currently looking to fill a Lead Cleaning Technician position. A Lead Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing leadership-related activities with their direct reports.

Please note this is a 2nd 4x10 | Mon-Thurs | 01:00p-11:30p position.

This role might be for you if:

• Provides on-the-floor leadership to employees;

• Ensures employees timesheets are completed on time;

• Perform minimally monthly performance feedback meetings with direct reports;

• Participate with employees training, to ensure that all requirement are met;

• Escalates all performance issues to Manager and/or Directors and/or HR;

• Directs the work of Cleaning Techs and Support Techs in Mfg.

To be considered for this role you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant work experience in a regulated structured environment and 1+ year of relevant cGMP experience.
