What you’ll do and why do you love this job?

• You will be part of the team behind Redis Data Integration (RDI), which creates data streaming pipelines that mirror data from existing relational and non-relational databases to Redis Enterprise. The result: applications can access data at in-memory speeds. RDI integrates legacy databases with Redis Enterprise in near real-time while transforming data at high speed.

• Your product will be deployed at some of the largest enterprises in the world, both on-premise and in the cloud. Work with cutting-edge technologies across a wide variety of environments. Work with a dynamic, fast-moving team.

• Think like a product owner - proactively identifying opportunities to improve the product and developer experience

• Leverage modern AI-assisted and agentic engineering tools to accelerate development and improve engineering workflows

• In the first months, your focus will be on developing the RDI User Interface for both Cloud and On-premise installations

What will you need to have?

• Outcome-driven mindset

• 4+ years of frontend development experience in a SaaS environment

• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript

• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express (or a similar backend framework)

• 1+ years of work experience with any of these: Java, Python, or Go

• Proven experience in building Enterprise and customer-facing products (either on-premise or cloud)

• Good understanding of relational and non-relational databases

• Strong team player, prioritizing team over individual goals

• Resilience, determination, ownership, and a keen appetite for making a positive difference

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Interest in modern AI-assisted development workflows, and willingness to actively leverage agentic tools to improve productivity

Extra great if you have the following:

• Contributions to open source repositories

• Experience with building or consuming REST APIs

• GitHub Actions or equivalent CI/CD solutions

• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium

• Experience with BDD test scenarios

• Familiarity and experience with Kubernetes (K8S)

• Experience with Vite, Vitest, Microfrontends (MFEs), Storybook, and Design systems
