About the Job:

We are looking for Strategic Accounts Manager who already has experience and knowledge in managing key or strategic account, preferably in Banking and Financial Sector. This role exercises good judgment and works independently with minimal instruction to grow the business, resolve moderately complex issues and manage customer accounts. This role is accountable for both account planning and strategy execution, driving account strategies within their scope, working collaboratively across teams to deliver joint solutions.

What you will do:

  • Manage and execute account strategies with minimal supervision, focusing on revenue growth, customer success and retention.

  • Resolve moderately complex issues related to customer accounts, escalating as needed.

  • Actively contribute to crafting joint sales strategies with ecosystem partners, such as IBM, hyper-scalers, and ISVs.

  • Understand your customer's business and align Red Hat capabilities to meet and exceed their needs while establishing Red Hat as a strategic partner for your customers, leveraging Red Hat’s ecosystem of Partners to achieve success

  • Manage forecasts and pipeline, record sales activities and schedule follow-up activities as needed; and track customer data using the company-standard CRM tool to drive pipeline growth aligned to strategic account plans.

  • Refine and execute account strategies, including tracking and following up on sales activities to meet assigned sales targets.

  • Own account planning for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

What you will bring:

  • 10+ years of a successful track record selling IT solutions to Enterprise customers, preferably in the banking and financial services sector

  • Experience in establishing and fostering strong customer relationships
