Job Summary :

Red hat Japan Enterprise MSRのセールスチームでは、Strategic Account Managerを募集しています。この役割では、日本の大手製造、流通、サービスを中心としたインダストリーの、レッドハットの製品、サービスを源泉とした収益、利益、顧客満足度をサポートします。特にCレベルやそれに準ずる顧客キーパーソンとの関係を管理・維持します。顧客のニーズ、業界動向、重要な成功要因を理解し、レッドハットの2桁成長を実現するための戦略を策定することが必要です。 アカウントエグゼクティブとしてチームをリードし、これらのアカウントに対するセールススペシャリスト、プリセールス業務、コンサルティングサービスのリソースをコーディネートします。

Primary Job Responsibilities :

• レッドハットにとって重要かつ戦略的に重要な、指定されたグローバルアカウントとの顧客関係を管理する。

• 指定されたアカウント内で新しい関係を維持、開発しながら、Cレベルの役員を含む組織のすべてのレベルでRed Hatを重要なビジネスパートナーとして位置づける。

• 明確な目的、行動、所有者、売上目標を持つグローバルアカウント戦略および計画を設定し、四半期ごとの目標およびアカウントの全体的な戦略的発展を念頭に置く

• アカウントチームリーダーシップを発揮し、成功のためのベストプラクティスを共有し、チームを成功に導く

• プリセールス、サポート、コンサルティングサービスのチームと連携し、担当アカウントに対するレッドハットの提供製品ポートフォリオ全体を成長させる

• 正確な予測とパイプラインの構築に重点を置いた、製品ポートフォリオ全体のプロスペクトからクロージングまでのセールスサイクル全体の管理

• 関係するチーム間の連携をサポートし、担当するアカウントのビジョンを作成する

• 顧客ニーズと営業目標を達成するために、新しい革新的な方法を導入し、チームと協力する。

• 不可能を可能にする成長マインドセットと周囲の巻き込みとリーダーシップ

Required Skills :

• 5年以上の企業向けITセールスの経験を有し、大企業向けアカウントの管理に成功した実績があること - アカウント戦略の設定、コミットメントされた予測の実現、販売目標の超過達成の記録

• 大口顧客に対する単独責任者としての経験（オーバーレイセールス、プリセールス、コンサルティングサービスなどのチームと連携、調整した経験

• 複数の製品・サービスを提供する企業におけるソリューションセールスの精神

• 速いペースでダイナミックな環境で成功するための個人的な動機付け

• 日本語と英語の優れたコミュニケーション能力（書面および口頭) があれば尚可

• 製造業、流通、サービスインダストリーに関する知識 - 市場および競合に関する知識

• Linuxやオープンソース技術に関する知識と情熱
