The following position is to join our RTX Corporate

team: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant, Workforce Intelligence to serve as a strategic analytics partner to support the Raytheon Talent Center of Excellence (COE), delivering workforce insights, data products, and analytics that enable data-driven talent strategies across business. This role will work directly with Talent COE leaders to develop analytics solutions that support Raytheon Talent priorities while also enabling broader enterprise requirements.

This role will help drive talent-led business initiatives such as staffing to plan, internal mobility, succession, and development through strategic analysis, translation, and operationalization of scalable products. This role partners across multiple stakeholders to understand business needs critical to customer execution, consulting across teams, influencing both near-term delivery and long-term sustainment.

This position requires a solid understanding of both business and HR fundamentals, balanced with deep analytics and consultative expertise. A proven ability to manage complex senior-level stakeholder relationships to drive outcomes is a must.

What You Will Do

Strategic Alignment

  • Partner closely as primary contact for senior leaders of Raytheon Talent team and RTX to understand and translate strategic business and talent priorities into analytics use cases, requirements, and metrics.
  • Effectively manage expectations, communicate progress, and translate complex analytical findings into clear business implications.
  • Work with key stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on business value, impact potential, and alignment with broader business, talent, and workforce intelligence strategies.

Insight Development & Operationalization

  • Partner closely with the broader Workforce Intelligence team on prioritization of operational analytics and enablement to reflect business priorities.
  • Confirm requirements (i.e., develop mockups or prototypes or other documentation) to validate needs before technical development.
  • Own end-to-end insight delivery (requirements, developing data, defining scope & minimum viable product, deploying solutions, and supporting insight deployment).
  • Deploy best practices in data visualization and data storytelling.
  • Partner with leaders to embed insights into leadership reviews, operating rhythms, and decision processes.
  • Circle back with stakeholders to understand ultimate impact of each deliverable to help shape sustainable insights and future iterations.
  • When applicable, collaborate within Workforce Intelligence to take top-tier ad hoc analyses and productize them for scale and sustainability.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or HR Technology; experience with HR data is required.
  • Prior experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and excellent understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting technologies (e.g., Snowflake, SQL).
  • Ability to understand the business context and use cases for different types of HR data, especially domain knowledge across Talent.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic alignment with the demand for immediate operational effectiveness and execution.
  • Experience in consulting, analytics, finance, or HR roles across domains such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Engagement & Retention, Workforce Planning, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience influencing strategic decisions in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to implement operational excellence standards, policies, or process improvements.
  • Experience collaborating with BI Development, Data Platforms, or analytics product teams.
  • Familiarity with statistics, analytical methodologies, and enterprise-grade data architecture.
  • Prior experience in end-user design or user experience (UX) for dashboards, reports, or analytics products is a plus, helping ensure insights are intuitive, actionable, and adopted by stakeholders.
  • Comfort partnering with technical teams to deliver scalable, enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
