Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, waxing, polishing, mopping, scrubbing, removing trash
• Other duties necessary to maintain good housekeeping in office and plant areas
• Cleaning and maintaining clean rooms to government and/or required specifications

Qualifications Required

• High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED)
• Must be able to work any designated shift to include overnight
• Three (3) months custodial experience performing the following custodial work:
• Stripping, waxing, and polishing floors
  • Cleaning and care of carpeted areas
• Must pass qualifying and/or practical test
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance prior to the start date
• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• The ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. • This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement. Wage and work place conditions, including shift times, are subject to this agreement. Individuals hired into this position will be represented by a union.
• This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
• The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
