  • Design, modify, and/or test existing electronic warfare signal‑processing and control algorithms, along with the associated system software
  • Develop and execute test plans, including test simulations and lab tests to verify system capability
  • Evaluate and assess functional performance of developmental RF systems, including signal processing subsystems, software, and/or firmware/control algorithms
  • Support bid and proposal efforts by providing accurate labor estimations and material cost estimations
  • Maintain organized workflows, documentation, and processes to support team operations
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, design reviews, and test result briefings to internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant systems engineering experience
  • RF system design, digital and analog signal processing, waveform and modulation analysis, and algorithm development, implementation, and testing
  • Knowledge defining system architectures, including requirements derivation, allocation, traceability, and configuration management
