What you will do: 

• Supervise a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.  
• The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives.  
• Monitor cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.  
• Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.  
• Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing.  
• Perform role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.
