Technician (Cleanline)

As a Technician (Cleanline) at Pratt & Whitney, you will assist Workshop Engineers in engine repair duties, including disassembly, assembly, and inspection of aerospace components. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain workshop tools. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the aerospace industry is required, along with a relevant diploma.

What You Will Do

• Assist the Workshop Engineers and Assistant Foreman in daily operational duties
• Perform engine repair duties such as cleaning, blasting, scrubbing, inspection and its associated duties on modules, parts, components, or accessories
• Support and participate in EH&S and Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives actively
• Carry out housekeeping and other workshop activities as instructed by the Supervisor
• Maintenance of tooling and fixture
• Carry out any other duties as assigned

Qualifications You Must Have

• At least 2 years work experience in disassembly/assembly/inspection/repairs or test in aerospace industry
• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Aerospace/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline
• High level of integrity, accountability and drive to complete tasks
• Able to display Continuous Improvement competencies
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and support rotating shift

Qualifications We Prefer

• Good working knowledge in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP
