• Perform hands-on test setup and execution in accordance with approved test plans, engineering requirements, and safety standards.

• Review test plans, specifications, and related documentation to ensure accurate and consistent test execution.

• Provide accurate time estimates for test durations to Test Lab focal and Test Lab leaders to support project scheduling, resource allocation, and overall planning efficiency.

• Troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Utilize structured problem-solving and root cause analysis methodologies to identify and eliminate underlying issues.

• Recommend and execute continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes, equipment utilization, and workflow efficiency. Support cost-reduction and process-optimization projects to enhance capacity, throughput, and alignment with business goals.

• Promote a culture of safety and operational excellence, ensuring all activities adhere to safety protocols and supporting the implementation of 5S and other workplace organization principles.

• Document findings, prepare test results, and communicate clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders to support decision-making and product validation.

• Perform other related duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.
