Position Overview

This role will support key strategic operations and supply chain initiatives across RTX and play a critical role honing the precision of our global operations. The ideal candidate has a consulting mindset, thrives in a problem-solving environment, and demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful impact. Candidates with experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategy consulting, and supply chain or manufacturing operations will excel in this role.

What You Will Do

Problem Solving and Analytical Insight:

• Apply a structured problem-solving approach to diagnose challenges, identify opportunities, and develop actionable solutions for complex business challenges
• Synthesize large datasets and unstructured information into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making
• Leverage advanced analytics tools and techniques to uncover opportunities for operational optimization and cost reduction

Strategic Thinking:

• Collaborate and consult with stakeholders to shape strategic priorities and align initiatives with organizational goals
• Contribute to the development of business cases and strategy roadmaps for high-impact projects

Collaborative Engagement:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through the operations council framework to translate data insights into efficient, scalable actions
• Facilitate workshops and discussions leveraging our CORE operating model to guide teams through recommendations

Presentation and Communication:

• Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations for senior leadership
• Develop high-quality presentations and reports that effectively communicate insights and strategic recommendations

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience (5 years with advanced degree) working in data analysis, FP&A, strategy consulting, applied to Supply Chain/Operations/Manufacturing

• Strong business acumen with proven record for delivering measurable impact

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $107,500 USD - $204,500 USD

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Incentive Compensation:

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
