Collins Aerospace is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst II to join our growing team in Mexico. In this role, you will support high-volume hiring initiatives across the Americas, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors to deliver top talent in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
No two days are the same—and with urgent hiring demands, this role requires agility, adaptability, and a strong customer-focused mindset. You will thrive if you enjoy working in a high-energy environment and building collaborative relationships with Talent Acquisition Advisors across the region.
This is a remote position. Preference will be given to candidates located near our Mexicali, Mexico sites to support occasional travel needs.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors across the Americas to fill critical roles quickly and effectively
- Review job descriptions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal and external standards
- Utilize sourcing, recruiting, and networking tools to identify and attract qualified talent when applicant flow is limited
- Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and qualifications against role requirements
- Guide candidates through the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Maintain real-time and accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable local, state/provincial, and federal/national employment laws and regulations
- Leverage recruiting tools and labor market insights to provide competitive intelligence and hiring trends
- Generate and analyze recruiting reports and data relevant to assigned areas of responsibility
- Support Talent Acquisition reporting leveraging Excel and Powerpoint
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically Requires a University degree and minimum 2 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
