Right now, we are seeking a bright and energised Program Manager.

This exciting and challenging role involves managing multiple projects. Specifically, you will manage the ongoing sustainment of a number of communications and battle management related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and management of all assigned projects, including future growth.
• Responsibility and accountability for ensuring that all project goals are achieved, all customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Leading and managing multiple small teams, some of which are geographically dispersed.
• Coordination of project deliverables

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated skills in financial cost control.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable outcomes.
• Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
• Desirable – experience in solution and proposal development, including the financial and commercial aspects of a proposal.
• Desirable – prior experience on Defence sustainment support contracts.
• Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security clearance as needed. Eligibility can be found at http://www.defence.gov.au/agsva
