Overview:

This role is responsible for seamless collaboration with Cross Functional Teams and Technicians to meet daily customer demand.

Job Title:

• Associate Engineer
• Production

Job responsibilities:

• Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to Technicians.
• Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
• Handle unionized work force.
• Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
• Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.
• Setting productivity goals for the team.
• Seamlessly collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure On Time Delivery.
• Works with Material Lead to monitor the buffer build and inventory status on weekly basis.
• Works with Quality to ensure timely execution of FAI plan and regular updates. Planning and organizing production schedules.
• Assessing project and resource requirements.
• Achieve monthly production and Site level matrix.

Qualifications:

• Diploma 2 to 4 years of experience in production.
• BE with 1 to 2 years of experience in production.
