**Overview:
This role is responsible for managing employee life-cycle activities, ensuring compliance, supporting business teams, and delivering a consistent and positive employee experience
Job Title:
Manager HR
Job responsibilities:
- Maintaining discipline on the shopfloor to prevent potential labour unrest viz, strikes, lockouts, etc.
- Negotiating Service Conditions for the Long-Term settlement
- Ensuring that agreed-upon norms and standing orders are adhered to
- Liaising with Govt officials related to Labor Laws
- Ensuring appropriate Compliances are filed as per Government mandate
- Coaching business leaders on overall understanding of labor compliance and changes and execute these from business perspective.
- Governance on prevention & Settlement of Industrial Disputes
- Design mechanism for dispute resolution
- Define rights, duties & Obligations of employees and Employer
- Promotion of Social Justice
Qualifications:
- MSW with 10 + years of experience in day to day HR execution of the organization , Proficiency in Kannada is preferable .
