What You Will Do

• Shop communication support; liaison between VSM (engineering, procurement, Ops, Logistics) and Event Manager, ensuring smooth communication and follow up to meet customer’s requirement

• Attend daily production meeting and represent customer’s voice.

• Support sales order creation process in CRM, supplement sales order if required. Work closely with Accenture team on execution.

• Ensure prompt response of task raised in TASKLOG system and all actions taken and tracked.

• Work closely with Event Manager and Planner to ensure all CRM opportunities are updated based on customer’s updates in order to facilitate the induction meeting/slotting calendar forecast.

• Act as main point of contact for back to back events managed by remote event managers (Plant 5 and CSC), facilitating Gate 0 meetings and all communications

• Logistics support; manage customer supplied parts, QEC parts shipment.

• Facilitate engine containers deployment (send and return while getting engines into the shop)

• Participate in weekly calls with remote event managers and setting up customer visits if required.

• Initiate & involve in continuous improvement projects and activities to address opportunities and improve customer experience.

• Participating in ACE, EH&S and Quality activities to support P&WC initiatives.

• Work in accordance with accepted safe and environmental practices

• Report unsafe conditions and practices

• Make safety suggestions

Qualifications You Must Have

• Diploma in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or Business Admin discipline is preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of Aviation experience

• Experience in production planning will be advantageous.

• Team player with a flexible altitude, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation skill and able to work independently.

• Resourceful, self-driven with a high level of commitment, able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.

• Meticulous and detail oriented

• Possess skills to assess customer requirement opportunities effectively, forge good relationships with peers, intercompany personnel, anticipate and propose solutions
