Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on test setup and execution in accordance with approved test plans, engineering requirements, and safety standards
• Review test plans, specifications, and related documentation to ensure accurate and consistent test execution
• Provide accurate time estimates for test durations to Test Lab focal and Test Lab leaders to support project scheduling, resource allocation, and overall planning efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Utilize structured problem-solving and root cause analysis methodologies to identify and eliminate underlying issues
• Recommend and execute continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes, equipment utilization, and workflow efficiency
• Support cost-reduction and process-optimization projects to enhance capacity, throughput, and alignment with business goals
• Promote a culture of safety and operational excellence, ensuring all activities adhere to safety protocols and supporting the implementation of 5S and other workplace organization principles
• Document findings, prepare test results, and communicate clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders to support decision-making and product validation
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support organizational objectives
