About the Role

The successful candidate will enable the success of Collins Aerospace through management of SAP printing and archiving systems. This position will be required to support SAP printing, archiving and Batch job scheduling. You will leverage Raytheon and Collins Aerospace's influential relationship with SAP and other software providers.

What YOU will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for SAP output and scheduling services
  • Provide technical direction and ensure adherence to standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Oversee the design, operation, and continuous improvement of SAP output management and enterprise job scheduling services
  • Work with SAP Archiving, Printing and Scheduling related transactions
  • Work with Content/Document management solutions, Output management solutions and Enterprise Scheduling solutions
  • Manage technical teams through software installation and upgrade process
  • Guide the team to work with others to resolve conflicts, technical and other, to the satisfaction of internal and external customers
  • Maintain a strong understanding of output flow from SAP to the printer, Windows OS, and basic understanding of firewall and network connectivity
  • Collaborate with SAP Basis, infrastructure, internal cyber, SAP security and functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with audit, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Work with ITIL processes and service management tools

Qualifications YOU Must Have

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
  • Experience with SAP technical areas with strong focus on output management and job scheduling
  • SAP System administration for Printing (SPAD, SP01 and related transactions)
  • Experience with Windows and Linux System Administration
  • High availability and Disaster recovery concepts and practice
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across SAP, middleware, and infrastructure layers for printing, batch and archiving
  • Work with Service Now, maintain Documentation and Architecture diagrams
  • Experiences with external compliance audits
