About the Role

As a Test / Assembler I you will be at the forefront of complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, and fabrication operations. You will take on a comprehensive range of tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency in both standard and non-standard environments. Your expertise will drive the continuous flow of work, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions to ensure accurate assembly
- Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment efficiently to perform assembly tasks
- Maintain inventory of product in assigned workstations, ensuring materials are readily available for ongoing operations
- Perform quality work checks, identify product defects, and accurately record identified defects for corrective action
- Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products based on engineering specification changes to meet quality standards
- Adhere to all quality standards and established safety procedures, ensuring compliance and a high standard of work
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, promoting efficiency and safety
- Lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation, ensuring safe material handling
Qualifications
- Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
