Senior Technician Chemical Clean

As a Senior Technician specializing in Chemical Cleaning at Pratt & Whitney, you will be responsible for executing various mechanical and chemical cleaning processes in accordance with production schedules. You will ensure compliance with quality work procedures and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives. A strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering is essential, along with knowledge of aviation MRO cleaning processes. What You Will Do

• Perform various Mechanical & Chemical cleaning processes as per production schedule.
• Perform daily work tasks per Quality work procedures and guidelines.
• Support and participate in EH&S, Quality, Ethics and Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives.
• Familiar with the engine manuals, standards, and other contractual documents that control the Cleaning or NDT method used by MRO.
• Possess basic knowledge of relevant product materials and inspection criteria.
• Set up and standardize Cleaning or NDT equipment, process parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection and document results.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by Workshop engineer/Cell leaders.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any other related discipline.
• Knowledge in Mechanical & Chemical cleaning processes required for aviation MRO.
• Possess high level of integrity and accountability with a strong drive towards Quality.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.
• Aerospace experience in dealing with aircraft structures, engines and/or components will be
