About the Role
Raytheon AST – Applied Signal Technology, managed by Collins Aerospace, has a great opportunity to join our Operations team in supporting defense projects in both development and manufacturing environments. This varied role has a range of tasks to support customer orders in a dynamic atmosphere. You will bring your knowledge of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) related systems to ensure alignment between material position and production schedule. There will be a focus on supporting development programs. This position is onsite and can sit at either our Salt Lake City UT or San Jose CA facilities as this role will support both locations.

What You Will Do
- Manages customer MRP Process improvement
- Validate and release work orders
- Material planning for production orders, development and IR&D
- Track progress with other teams in Quality and Supply Chain
- Work with Program Managers to plan production
- Inventory management and reporting
- Attend a variety of meetings
- Generate reports e.g. "What If" for Project Management and teams as required
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role in Manufacturing or Supply Chain
- SAP experience
- Discipline of execution knowledge/experience
- Ideally Six Sigma/CORE/Project Management skills
- Knowledge/experience of MRP
- Experience of supply chain solutions
- Strong MS office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project)
- Ability to work on urgent tasks in a busy environment
- Ability to function within a varied team of professionals

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $75,800 USD - $144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
