What You Will Do

• Work in Hole Drill operations
• Follow work instructions provided
• Demonstrate understanding of quality and production
• Operate a variety of production machines including Drilling, CMMs, Airflow, Waterflow, or various other processes
• Perform routine operations on the production line
• Produce blades and/or vanes
• Perform all quality checks
• Work shift hours with ability to work overtime when needed
• Demonstrate broad knowledge of machine shop practices, methods, and techniques
• Work from drawings and sketches using advanced shop mathematics and a variety of precision measuring instruments
• Work from drawings and operation sheets using decimals, fractions, and a variety of precision measuring instruments

Qualifications You Must Have

• HS Diploma/GED
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
• Previous Manufacturing Experience or Machine Operator Experience

Role Type

In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. We've introduced role types to help you understand how you will operate in our blended work environment. This role is Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
