About the Role
Raytheon is seeking a Senior Systems and Integration Engineer (SE&I), providing enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support to an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community. This position manages moderately sized projects or processes with minimal oversight and provides measurable input to new products, processes, or standards in operational plans to implement customer integrations and/or objectives. The position works in a SCIF environment with flexible work hours to accommodate work/life balance practices.
What You Will Do
- Provide systems engineering and integration support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and implement projects from inception through system transition
- Gather detailed information, analyze and investigate problems and issues to understand the problem and determine appropriate resolution
- Communicate with many levels of program, other contractor and government stakeholders
- Positively guide parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices
- Manage system integration projects and provide reliable data to the Customer enabling them to make informed decisions regarding the installation, integration checkout and test of operational system modifications and upgrades
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience
- Systems installation, integration, and test experience
- Experience with project management
- Experience working collaboratively in team environment (Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor)
- RFC impact review and assessment experience
- Experience in enterprise level planning and implementation
- Active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer NSIS and/or rapid delivery methods
- Customer relationships
- Working across contract and location boundaries
- Atlassian JIRA and Confluence beneficial
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $82,000 USD - $164,000 USD
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
