Reporting to the Engineering Design Team Lead in Adelaide, you will form an integral part of the engineering team responsible for the development and review of engineering change documentation. You will get the opportunity to travel to Exmouth to oversee the implementation, test, and acceptance of your engineering work.

You will work within the Raytheon Space and Mission Systems product line on the Harold-E-Holt (HEH) Program focusing on the Space Surveillance Telescope and C-Band Radar.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent degree with structural and/or mechanical systems industry experience
• Minimum of six years' experience in operational and/or in-service support phases of major programs, preferably in Defence technology and/or construction related industries
• Candidates must be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Eligibility can be found at http://www.defence.gov.au/ag
• Ability to satisfy ITAR material access compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to become and maintain a chartered professional engineering status via Engineers Australia
