Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and analytically driven Sourcing Analyst – Architecture & Design and Creative Service to join our Global Procurement team, supporting the North America region from our Bangalore office. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or financial analysis, particularly within IT categories. The Analyst will be responsible for executing strategic sourcing activities, supporting category management, and driving value creation across Architecture & Design spending areas such as Millwork, GC, Architecture & Design, Furniture, Flooring, Lighting and Creative decorative categories. The role includes spend analysis, RFx development and execution, supplier negotiations, contract management, and stakeholder engagement. The Analyst will collaborate closely with North America stakeholders and global procurement colleagues to ensure alignment with business goals and procurement strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives while developing expertise in Architecture & Design and Creative category sourcing within a global organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

? Develop category strategy and approach in accordance with overall strategy of Global Procurement including: ? Development of Category-Specific Strategies ? Development of Key Stakeholder Relationships ? Aligning category strategy to stakeholder prioritization and developing category road map ? Prioritization and Planning of Strategic Sourcing Initiatives ? Identification of Global vs Region-Specific Opportunities ? Management of Project Timelines ? Lead execution of Strategic Sourcing events in accordance with Ralph Lauren sourcing methodology including: ? Development of Project Baselines and Spend Profiles ? Development of Industry & Vendor Profiles ? Development of RF(x) Documents ? Prepare and Lead Vendor Negotiations ? Development and Implementation of Supply Agreements ? Provide support for Global Procurement initiatives as required: ? Spend Analytics and Assessment ? Procurement Performance Reporting and Savings ? Procurement Policy and Process Compliance ? Coordination of Financial Capture of Sourcing Outcomes ? Supplier Relationship Management • Provide Ad Hoc support across Global Procurement digital systems including: ? Review and approve Ariba Purchase Requisitions ? Review and approve Aravo New Vendor Requests, support Stakeholders as needed ? Update, maintain and follow up against critical path data sources (e.g. Scout, Saving Opportunities tracker, Inventory and Projects tracker, preferred supplier list etc.)

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Required Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint o Experience in using Excel Pivot tables and Macros • Strong ability to analyze and organize data are essential • Excellent communication skills (capable of communicating with senior stakeholders) o Ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations / dynamic reports • Strong analytical, influencing, facilitating, team building, strategic thinking, solution-oriented, process-driven, people management, and time management abilities • Independent achiever & self-starter with commitment to superior quality and accuracy • Ability to execute under time sensitive deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment, even when faced with ambiguity Experience/Education:

  • Understanding of end-to-end procurement process as well as using procurement systems (Ariba, Workday or similar) • Experience working in Retail (ideally in a luxury brand) considered an asset • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field preferred • Professional certifications are an asset (CIPS, CPIM, CSCP, etc.) • Category-specific Strategic Sourcing experience considered an asset • Ability to travel domestically / abroad as needed
