ASSET PROTECTION OFFICER:

We're seeking a reliable and professional Asset Protection Officer to join our team. This role combines retail security with excellent customer service skills. This role is based at our flagship store in Bond Street.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead store security operations and CCTV monitoring
• Detect and prevent potential losses
• Ensure a safe environment for customers, staff, and vendors
• Manage staff entrance security and access control
• Oversee deliveries and shipments
• Conduct security checks and maintain documentation
• Partner with store management on loss prevention

Essential Requirements:

• Previous retail experience, preferably with key holder responsibilities
• Flexibility to work varied shifts (6:30 AM - 9:30 PM, including weekends and holidays)
• Physical capability to be active throughout shifts
• Ability to lift/move items weighing 9kg or more when required

Important Note About Scheduling:
This role requires exceptional reliability and flexibility. Shifts can start as early as 6:30 AM and end as late as 9:30 PM, including weekends and holidays. We operate on a rotating schedule to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
