Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR
  Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
  OR
  PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Job Overview:

The DDR System team is looking for post silicon validation/test engineers to support DRAM bring-up/debug on QCOM platforms, effort will be like DDRPHY, high speed IOs. The successful candidate will be performing hands-on debug/analysis at Firmware level. The person in this position will work very closely with the cross-functional hardware design teams and validation teams (firmware, product test & software) to successfully deploy the design to end-product. Familiarity with DDR, I/V Sensors or high-speed IO standards is a plus. Familiarity with SoC bring-up, SI/PI debug, debuggers, LA oscilloscope, boot code is desirable.

General tasks will be:

• Debug and troubleshooting in the related DDR issue including LPDDR4x, LPDDR5 and LPDDR5x/LPDDR6 from different vendors

• Debug and troubleshooting on various Qualcomm platform DDR Firmware issue, including mobile, IOT and computing platform

• Setup test environment and implement validation test according to the test plan.

• Setup Logical analyzer and Oscilloscope to catch the timing and signals.

• Execution reproduce and regression test by requirement.

• Analyze and summary test result for further improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 2+ years ASIC validation, debug, verification, or related work experience.

• 1+ years on DRAM verification, debug.

Preferred Qualifications

5 years of experience in the following areas:

• Experience with DDR/Sensors/SerDES validation

• Hands-on lab debug experience

• Experience with C/C++ coding

• Basic of digital logic design & analog design concepts

• Understanding signal and power integrity

• VLSI Mixed-signal design & circuit/layout understanding

Educational Requirements

Required: Bachelor's in Computer or Electrical Engineering Preferred: Master's in Computer or Electrical Engineering
