General Summary:
Job Overview
The DDR SVE team is looking for engineers to support post silicon validation & characterization effort of DDR Controller and DDRPHY. The successful candidate will be developing & delivering firmware code and will be performing hands-on troubleshooting/debug/analysis at DDR System Firmware level on various Qualcomm platform. The person in this position will work very closely with the cross-functional hardware design teams and validation teams (firmware, product test & software) to successfully deploy the design to end-product.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, or related field, pass CET-4.
· Experience with Programming Language such as C, C++,Java and Python.
Preferred Qualifications
· Familiar with LPDDR4x/LPDDR5(x)/LPDDR6 JEDEC standards.
· Familiar with DDR Controller/DFI/DDRPHY architecture.
· Basic knowledge of SoC interconnect and memory hierarchy such as NoC, AXI and Cache etc.
· Basic of digital logic design & analog design concepts.
· Understanding signal and power integrity.
· VLSI Mixed-signal design & circuit/layout understanding.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
