General Summary:

Be familiar with digital(Automotive and Compute projects) silicon and system level testing, having experience on automotive testing platform preferred. Responsibilities include manufacturing management, yield improvement, low yield troubleshooting, quality improvement for testing hardware.

· Lead production testing at ODM/Supplier, corrective action, technical audit, and continuous improvement.

· Provide feedback to internal engineering team on production problems and needs.

· Drive suppliers to improve manufacturing quality, testing initiation, and enabling new technologies as appropriate.

· Participate and provide input into manufacturing testing improvement, testing hardware and software stability in HVM.

· Be effectively communicates with team member in the organization and participates in cross-functional teams.

Qualification:

· 3+ years and above working experience in testing manufacturing sector.

· Good understanding of IC test equipment in wafer sort and final test (wafer prober, handler and tester), 93K preferred.

· Good understanding of hardware debugging

· Basic understanding of Digital/Analog functional block and electronic circuits.

· Basic data analysis skills.

· Basic knowledge of reliability test, quality concept and RMA process

· Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

· Proactive working attitude.

· Capable to handle new challenge

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience. OR
  Master's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 1+ year of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.
  OR
  PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.
