General Summary:

Responsibilities Include

• Coordinate test device/hardware (HW) demand for small-scale programs across development sites and cross-functional teams.
• Consolidate and justify engineering requests of the small-scale program for budget approval, analyze supply to address shortages, and notify stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain inventory and timely distribution of HW for Engineering teams.
• Manage the ordering and allocation of HW accessories.
• Analyze allocated/distributed HW data to optimize recycling outcomes.
• Drive continuous automation and enhancement of distribution center processes and tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field. OR
  Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  OR
  High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Manage multiple projects with limited guidance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and motivation skills.
• Ability to safely lift and transport items weighing up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and interpersonal skills to practical situations.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$42.70 - $64.04

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
