General Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with key stakeholders and program sponsors, including PdM and software teams, to establish networking objectives and convert them into architectural designs.
• Track industry developments and proactively integrate innovative technical solutions to enhance the networking engine’s performance and effectiveness.
• Oversee the design, validation, and verification of the forwarding plane.
• Support the software team in enabling system-level functions.

Non-technical Skills:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Self-motivated and quick to learn.
• Strong team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in networking-related.
• Over 5 years of experience interacting with senior leadership (such as Director level or above) and key customers.
• At least 3 years as a networking architect.
• In-depth knowledge of Ethernet and high-performance switching/routing.
• Strong background in networking design and troubleshooting.
• Extensive experience with L2/L3 network protocols and Linux network configuration.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience. OR
  Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
  OR
  PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
