General Summary:

As a forward-thinking technology company, Qualcomm advances the limits of innovation in "Industrial and Embedded IoT" to deliver next-generation experiences and accelerate digital transformation toward a smarter, more seamlessly connected world.We are seeking a Senior Product Application Manager who will be the core driver behind the technical definition and market adoption of our next-generation Video SoC products. In this strategic role, you will act as the technical authority, translating deep insights from the market and customers into concrete product software specifications and architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Define Product Specifications: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and key customers to define product specifications for new technologies, translating market requirements into an executable roadmap for the R&D team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication, issue tracking, and resolution.
• Perform cross-platform operations (Camera, Mobile App, and PC) to achieve full product proficiency.
• Consolidate product and competitor benchmarking data to generate analytical reports and drive performance enhancement initiatives.
• Proficient in Intelligent Video Analytics (IVA) features and their respective parameter configurations.
• Responsible for understanding the customer’s technical roadmap, product design architecture and applications.
• Travel Frequency: Approximately 4 times per year. (Destinations: US, India or China.)

Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience, with 6+ years being highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a talent for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good communication in both Chinese and English.
• Possess professional experience in the camera-related industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
