General Summary:

Job Overview

Voice AI is the voice technology includes Voice Activation, Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Text-to-Speech (TTS), etc. Voice AI can be applied in Multiple platform products, such as Android/Linux/Win.

Software test engineer position within Multimedia Voice AI test team. In this role the candidate will be a key team member for VoiceAI test design, execution, triage, automation, customer support.

Responsibilities

1、Responsible for VoiceAI function such as ASR/TTS/Translate/Wakeup etc.E2E test execution on different platforms or systems(Android/Linux/Win)，use the ISA of Linux/Win/Android for manual or automated testing.2、Support product test and provide reliable test data and report .
3、Be good at navigating platform/devices issues and give the analysis to identify the root cause based on available logs.
4、Support internal feature development testing and involve feature design and design corresponding user cases.
5、Optimize test procedure, develop test case, extend the test check point and debugging method to find more platform issues.
6、Support customer reported issue and related feature development testing, co-work with Dev team to tunning best KPI parameter to balance performance.

Requirements:1、Years' experience in Audio/Voice/VoiceAI test/develop on at least one of Android/Linux/Win platform products. Familiar with Qualcomm platform is a good plus
2、Experience with Linux system, familiarity with machine learning is a good plus
3、Experience with automation test development with Python/Java/C/C++…
4、Experience with the audio tools such as Audition/Audio Studio is a good plus
5、Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
6、Quick learning and open mind

Education Requirements Required: Master's degree with 4 years or Bachelor with 7 years experience in Communication/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience. OR
  Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.
  OR
  PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
