General Summary:

Exp: 4+ experience

We’re looking for skilled Senior Engineer to enable different audio solutions on Qualcomm platforms.

You will be responsible to bring up audio on Qualcomm platforms, design, development, and Integration.

You will also be responsible for complex audio issue debugging and resolving across various platforms.

Minimum Requirements

• Experienced in ALSA driver and ASOC driver development

• Familiar with Linux kernel and user space development and debugging

• Experience with yocto build system is a plus

• Experience with version control tools (git, gerrit, Perforce etc.)

• Understanding the HW design, schematics.

• Proficient in C, C++ programming

• Excellent software design, problem solving, debugging, documentation and presentation skills and proved experience.

• Bringing up SW on new HW platforms, chips, and HW components.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Qualcomm MSM software platforms is a big plus.

• Experience working on ARM based systems is a plus

• Technical Lead Project abilities

• Upstreaming exposure background in Linux Community

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR
  Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  OR
  PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
