As part of the Cloud Operations team you lead the deployment of innovative Service Now solutions that transform client operations. As a Manager, you guide teams in delivering exceptional client service while fostering leadership development and mentoring junior staff to achieve their potential. What You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree

• At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart:

• Certification from a leading cloud or service management provider preferred

• Demonstrating working knowledge of Cloud platforms and technologies that make them work (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

• Possessing working knowledge of IT Service Management and how it is implemented across different operating models

• Excelling in delivering solutions in dynamic environments

• Leading complex projects and integrating client feedback

• Guiding project delivery from scoping to conclusion

• Passion for developing and growing team members

• Communicating effectively at an executive level

• Creating and maintaining professional relationships

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
