About the role

At PwC, our people in infrastructure focus on designing and implementing robust, secure IT systems that support business operations. They enable the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centres to optimise performance and minimise downtime. Those in Dev Sec Ops at PwC will focus on minimising software threats by integrating development, operations and security industry leading practices in order to validate secure, consistent and efficient delivery of software and applications. You will work to bridge the gap between these teams for seamless and secure application and software development.

The Opportunity:

As part of the Tax Innovation team you will provide hands-on technical support and take ownership of the end-to-end support for specific Tax applications. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on delivering results and maintaining operational excellence while interacting with clients at a significant level.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire support process for designated Tax tools

  • Engage with clients to foster meaningful interactions and relationships

  • Utilize analytical skills to solve intricate challenges in Tax applications

  • Mentor and guide team members to elevate their performance

  • Maintain a commitment to delivering quality results and client satisfaction

What You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 8 years of experience in application support, with a solid understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines, cloud infrastructure on Azure

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience with Azure cloud platforms and services

  • Skilled in SQL and Kusto Query Language

  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and Microsoft DevOps

  • Mentoring and training junior engineers

  • Understanding of Identity Management principles

  • Demonstrating exceptional communication skills

  • Experience with monitoring tools like Data Dog

  • Proven understanding of ITIL processes

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
