Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

The Opportunity:
As part of the Managed Services team, you will provide L2/L3 support across HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll modules, enabling seamless operations and client satisfaction. As a Manager, you will lead teams in managing incidents and service requests while driving continuous improvement and automation to enhance service delivery. This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of HR technology solutions and make a lasting impact on our clients' operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Oversee L2/L3 support for HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll

Lead teams in managing service requests and incident resolution

Drive initiatives for continuous enhancement in service delivery

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency

Mentor team members to develop their technical and professional skills
-
Implement automation solutions to simplify processes

Confirm standards of client satisfaction and service quality

Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities
What You Must Have:
-
Bachelor's Degree
-
At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart:

Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Accounting, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Analytics preferred

Demonstrating leadership in HRIS and payroll support

Managing incidents and service requests aligned to SLAs

Executing and validating end-to-end payroll cycles

Supporting benefits administration and compensation changes

Performing system configuration and data adjustments
-
Troubleshooting HR-Payroll-Finance integrations
-
Maintaining data accuracy and compliance

Driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
