The Opportunity:

As part of the Workday HCM Lead team you lead the HCM Core workstream while having experience with at least three Workday implementations. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. • What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree

• 6 years of experience

• Workday Pro certification(s)

• What Sets You Apart

• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science preferred

• Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably HCM Core and/or Engagement Manager certification

• Leading HCM Core workstream with at least three successful Workday implementations

• Gathering business requirements through facilitating discovery and design workshops

• Leading functional discovery and design sessions

• Providing recommendations based on leading practices

• Managing touchpoints with related Workday functional modules

• Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust

• Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful feedback

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
