The Opportunity:
As part of the Health Pharma & Life Sciences (PLS) R&D Managed Services team you will define innovative offerings and enhance established services while driving the growth of junior resources and teams. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations, securing the delivery of exceptional quality to our clients. What You Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree

At least 10 years of experience in clinical operations and R&D transformation
What Sets You Apart:

Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred

Demonstrating executive-level leadership in Clinical Operations and R&D

Leading complex engagements and managing client relationships

Ideating and developing innovative offerings and solutions

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
