Strategy& Deals Private Equity Value Creation - Working Capital Sr. Associate

Your work will involve analysing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their deal-making processes.
Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. The Opportunity
As part of the Deals team you can enhance working capital to improve financial performance and process effectiveness. As a Senior Associate, you can analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You can work with a specialized team to provide data analysis, strategic insights, and process improvement support throughout various phases of transactions with Private Equity and Corporate clients.

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science

3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management preferred

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
