Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative AI solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives

What You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Econometrics

• At least 8 years of experience in AI/ML, econometrics, data science, or software engineering

What Sets You Apart:

• Master's Degree in Statistics, Financial Mathematics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Econometrics, Computer Science preferred

• Experience leading teams in AI/ML or data-driven solutions

• Designing and managing scalable data pipelines and workflows

• Building and deploying advanced machine learning models

• Background in DevOps/Data

Ops for AI systems:

• Operating in regulated environments with model risk management

• Contributing to business development and technical sales support

• Excelling in communication and leadership skills

The salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $299,930. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $337,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
