The Opportunity:

As part of the DCM AI Labs team, you will drive the design, development, and delivery of AI and generative AI solutions across complex client engagements. As a Senior Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of AI workstreams, leading and growing teams of data scientists and engineers while managing senior client relationships. What You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree

• At least 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software development, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role managing teams and client-facing delivery

What Sets You Apart:

• Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Software Engineering preferred

• Experience managing GenAI application development teams

• Depth in advanced analytical techniques including NLP and optimization

• Experience with MLOps tooling and practices

• Proficiency with containerization and cloud-native architectures

• Experience with both relational and non-relational storage technologies

• Track record of leading proof-of-concept development to production

• Experience building intuitive data storytelling and visualization tools

• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise ERP systems

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
