The Opportunity:

As part of the Managed Services team you will lead large projects and innovate processes in Financial Service Controllership & Accounting. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a trusted advisor, maintaining alignment between client business goals and our offerings while upholding operational excellence. This role provides the opportunity to deepen client relationships and drive long-term success through strategic guidance and performance-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee significant projects within Financial Service Controllership & Accounting

• Drive process innovation to enhance service delivery and effectiveness

• Serve as a key advisor, maintaining alignment of client objectives with our services

• Cultivate and strengthen long-term client relationships through strategic insights

• Deliver performance-driven solutions that support operational excellence

• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement improved practices

• Analyze complex issues and provide actionable recommendations

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality standards

What You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance

• At least 7 years of experience

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred

• Demonstrating in-depth team leadership abilities

• Developing scalable mortgage lending accounting solutions

• Supporting customized proposals and client presentations

• Understanding estimation methodology and cost management

• Creating and managing financial models

• Experience with Workday Financial accounting/reporting platform

• Experience with loan servicing systems, financial accounting platforms, and data warehouses

The salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $299,930. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $337,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
