The Position:

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst SAP MM with strong experience in SAP Fashion Management (FMS) to join our European SAP team.

In this role, you will act as a senior functional expert within the SAP MM domain, supporting the stability and continuous evolution of PVH’s SAP landscape. You will play a key role in analyzing complex functional topics, designing sustainable solutions, and implementing system improvements that support PVH’s supply chain and merchandising operations.

Working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams, you will contribute to change initiatives, system enhancements, and SAP transformation programs, including PVH’s transition towards S/4HANA. In addition, you will support the optimization of article master data and fashion-specific processes, which are critical to enabling PVH’s retail and wholesale business across the globe.

You will work within a complex global SAP landscape supporting multiple brands, distribution centers, and retail and wholesale channels. The role provides exposure to the fashion-specific capabilities of SAP. As part of a global SAP organization, you will collaborate with colleagues across technology and business domains to continuously improve PVH’s digital backbone for fashion operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior functional expertise for SAP MM within the SAP Fashion Management (FMS and S/4HANA) environment

• Analyze and resolve complex functional issues and identify sustainable solutions

• Design and implement functional changes and system enhancements

• Support and optimize Article Master Data processes, including fashion-specific article structures such as variants, seasons, and hierarchies

• Ensure strong integration between article master data, procurement, and inventory management processes

• Contribute to SAP projects and transformation initiatives, including PVH’s journey towards S/4HANA

• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams including SD, FI, and logistics

• Support testing activities including integration testing and user acceptance testing

• Partner with business stakeholders in sourcing, merchandising, and supply chain to continuously improve processes and system capabilities

Ideal candidate

• 10+ years of experience working with SAP MM as a Functional Analyst or Consultant

• Strong experience with SAP Fashion Management (FMS and/or S/4HANA) or SAP in the fashion/retail industry

• Experience with Article Master Data processes in a fashion or retail environment

• Solid understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes

• Experience working in SAP ECC environments with exposure to S/4HANA

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certifications in MM/SD

• Experience with article master data governance and large-scale data maintenance in complex retail landscapes

• Knowledge of cross-module integrations between SAP MM and modules such as SAP Sales and Distribution, SAP Finance, or logistics solutions

• Experience supporting global SAP environments with multiple brands, distribution centers, and sales channels

• Background in large-scale transformation or ERP modernization programs.
