KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage document filing, data entry, and records (physical/digital)

• Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and office supply inventory

• Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communications

• Company events coordination and support

GRADUATION ASSIGNMENT GOAL/ TOPIC:

• Observe inefficiencies in current administrative workflows and utilize office tools to streamline tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• University student from any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome)

• A passion in our brands and industry!

• Able to commit to full-time attendance (5 days per week) during the program period

• Proficient in English

• A team player, self-motivated, passionate and with excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage complexity and ad-hoc tasks
