About the Role:
The Regional Asset Protection Manager is responsible for supporting all retail Asset Protection functions in their assigned territory, including internal and external theft investigations, compliance auditing, physical security and awareness training for store employees.
What You'll Do:
-Responsible for the implementation of all Asset Protection initiatives in the assigned retail locations to protect the company’s assets and assure the safety of our employees and customers.
-Conduct full cycle internal investigations into theft and fraud, including case initiation, investigation, in person and phone interviews and criminal prosecution where applicable.
-Partner with various levels of Law Enforcement to investigate and resolve Organized Retail Crime incidents in the assigned locations.
-Conduct Store Asset Protection Audits to assess compliance to retail policies and procedures and communicate audit findings to the appropriate business partners.
-Conduct store visits with an emphasis on training and developing various levels of store employees on identifying and safely deterring external theft use Customer Service strategies.
-Guide and advise Store Managers on best practices to address store-specific theft trends and operational practices to proactively reduce theft.
-Drive the Focus Store Program in high shrink locations to efficiently reduce shrink by identifying the root causes and taking action through investigation and awareness training.
-Partner with District and Regional Field Leadership to drive Asset Protection initiatives by sharing feedback after store visits and walking stores together in person to coach Store Leaders.
-Participate in District level business calls to share current Asset Protection topics with Store Leaders.
-Partner with the Asset Protection Operations Manager and the Corporate Asset Protection Team to support all retail physical security initiatives and respond to major security incidents such as various forms of workplace violence.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 5 years experience in multi-unit retail Asset Protection, conducting theft investigations and supporting store Asset Protection awareness programs.
Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or an equivalent field.
Experience conducting internal interviews both in person and over the phone, W-Z Interviewing Certification required.
Experience interacting with Law Enforcement to resolve theft.
Ability to communicate with and train a diverse group of retail professionals with varied levels of retail experience by having strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of retail operations in a soft life store setting.
Ability to travel up to 50% to assigned retail locations including overnight travel by car and by flight, valid driver’s license required.
Pay Range:$104,500---$141,200
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
