The Senior Manager Global Integrated Marketing (Fragrance) will manage the fragrance Senior Coordinator role, including managing relationships inclusive of various management position within licensee org. This role must make key decisions related to day-to-day management of licensed partner (COTY) and various internal teams, solving problems by providing creative solutions and driving continual efforts to maintain Calvin Klein Brand standards for fragrance, while being highly creative in the development of internal brand strategies that can align with external partner’s business objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Actively help drive the development of cohesive fragrance marketing programs to fuel consumer demand – from briefing stage to launch – through close collaboration with COTY and internal teams including Global Design, Merchandising, Creative, and Product Marketing, as well as Social, PR/influence, Brand Experience and Regional channel leads
- Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact between Coty and internal teams, ensuring all communication routes in timely manner and aligns with brand standards and strategic priorities.
- Lead key Weekly Meetings with Coty and cross-functional teams
- Clearly articulate brand position to COTY for their development of synergistic GTM plans to set them up for success. In addition, possess in-depth knowledge of fragrance business to clearly convey commercial objectives to internal stakeholders ensuring they have clear context to develop compelling, category relevant programs
- Establish strong relationships with key internal stakeholders throughout the organization (Licensing, Integrated Marketing, Design, Creative, Production, VM, Social, PR/Influence, Brand Experience, Fashion Office) to inform always-on planning and business/brand alignment throughout various fragrance projects
- Partner closely with Project Management to ensure planning needs, asset requirements and delivery timetables are achieved; track/manage critical paths and execution of all Fragrance initiatives
- Partner with regional marketing teams on consistent workflow to share updates on global fragrance direction (including marketing briefs/plans) to ensure best local adaptation and execution; collaborate on regional-led initiatives to ensure cohesion with fragrance marketing calendar
- Partner with Production to lead fragrance budget tracking and insights on incoming revenue for all COTY initiatives, providing monthly updates to Finance for forecasts.
- Grow and foster development of direct report
- Partner with Sr. Director and VP to strengthen ongoing ways of working with Coty to tighten launches, reduce process inefficiencies, improve parternship and resourcing support
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of Marketing experience, with a proven track record in driving strategy, business/brand alignment, and key channel planning. Preference for experience with fragrance. Agency experience or with licensed business relationships highly beneficial.
- Understanding of 360 launch planning and campaign production
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally, ideally in a large company / global capacity
- Strong ability to collaborate and influence within organization and externally
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment; comfortable with change
- Resourceful and proactive, with strong organizational and management skills
- Experience leading and developing direct reports
- Passion for industry and product
- High proficiency in Keynote / PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of / hands-on experience with key marketing channels a major plus (media, social, influence, etc.)

Pay Range:$125,100---$169,300
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
