POSITION SUMMARY:

To draft and maintain seasonal VM guidelines of stores within the brand visual standards and to train channel field VM teams. To manage seasonal campaign image & window execution for stores across direct retail, consignment, franchise, and duty-free business in China. Ensure every single store opened with global visual quality.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Partner with executive leadership to develop a Store Visual Merchandising strategy and guideline, combining both strategic and creative aspects to maximize sales and elevate consumer experience.
• Enhance standard practices for Visual Merchandising regarding newly introduced store openings, special events and seasonal implementations, and ongoing visual merchandising directives.
• Communicate Visual Merchandising strategy effectively and collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams to fully understand all dynamics of the key product initiatives to ensure timely executions. Coordinate all necessary product information including assortments, quantities, and in-store delivery dates.
• Manage seasonal campaign image & window execution across direct retail, consignment, franchise and duty-free business stores in China. provide support and help with all internal & external partners on implementation as needed. Ensure every single store opened and refreshed with global visual quality.
• Ensure that the Visual Styling & Graphics functions are aligned with the company’s vision and effectively communicate the visual direction down to the store level.
• Oversee and review merchandising training for stores population. Drive process to improve communication and evaluation of visual guidelines and overall store appearance.
• Closely monitoring the market and industrial trends and competitor for self-revolutions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A bachelor's degree is required, and candidates should be recent university graduates.
• Eager to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Fashion enthusiasts with a keen sense of fashion are preferred.
• Having internship experience in the fashion, retail, or FMCG industry would be advantageous.
• Strong aptitude for quick learning, logical thinking, and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• Effective communication skills and proficient in utilizing presentation tools like
• PowerPoint to showcase ideas.
• Fluency in both written and oral English is required.
• High awareness of PVH and its brand portfolio.
• Passion for fashion and lifestyle brands.
